This device is made up of loudspeaker and main body (controller),of which, the loudspeaker is installed outside, while the main body(controller) is in control room, see Fig1 and Fig 2 for installation dimension and connection method respectively.
1）Installation for loudspeaker
Firstly, fix the loudspeaker at the outside position where is higher without barrier in front.

2）、Installation for amplifier
For the amplifier, it is available to be moved easily, however, in order to guarantee the quality and useful life, it is strongly recommended to fasten this device before use.
3）、Installation for microphone
Insert the microphone into the interface at the right side of main body, and screw down the nut.

І、Connection between the loudspeaker and amplifier
Connect the two leading-out lines of loudspeaker with the terminal on amplifier through lengthening line which shall be prepared by user itself, there is no need to differentiate the positive and negative pole, in addition, the section of the wire used should be no less than the one of the leading-out line of loudspeaker, also all the connection of wire should be reliable. It is strongly to recommended to use cable wire for middle segment.
Ⅱ、Power connection
Connect the protective tube with the “+” terminal of main body, then connect DC 24V power with main body. Attention: the “+” and “-“ wire terminals must be connected with the positive and negative poles of battery respectively.
In addition, it is forbidden to carry out installation after power-on in case cause serious accident.
See the following Fig 3 for the details of the control panel:

Combine the two functions including radio and marine signal, also this two function can be used separately.
1）、Pilot lamp：When this lamp is on, it means the main body is under standby mode.
2）、Steam-whistle button：When the system is under standby mode, press this button without release, the whistle will send out steam-whistle.
3）、Fog whistle button：when the system is under standby mode, just press this button one time, the fog-whistle will be sent out, if repress it one time, restore to standby mode.
4）、Microphone：When the system is under standby mode, press the left button without release, the microphone can be activated and send out the content through the loudspeaker.
NOTE：only one of steam-whistle、fog-whistle and microphone can be used at the same time.
After installation, if failed to be used, please refer to the following procedure for maintenance:
a、the radio failed to be used, and the pilot lamp is off
1、Check the power to see if it is DC24V and if the power supply is under normal condition.
2、if the power has been confirmed to be normal, please check the fuse.
3、After the power and fuse have been confirmed to be normal, and the radio can not be used, contact the after-service department of our factory for solution.
b、Although the radio is under normal state, the loudspeaker can not work well.
1、Check if the main body is under standby mode, and rotate the switching button to check if the volume has been turned to minimum value .
2、Although the system is under standby mode and the volume is not at the minimum value, please check the connection between the loudspeaker and main body to see if there is any open circuit.
3、After all above have been confirmed to be normal, while the loudspeaker is still in failure, contact our after-service department for solution, please do not dismantle the main body or loudspeaker, otherwise, you enjoy your backwash!
In the process of operation, give close care to this equipment and check the installation of this equipment frequently, if there is any foreign body in horn, remove it immediately.
1、Only DV 24V power supply is acceptable；
2、Forbidden to reserve the positive and negative poles of wire terminals of main body；
3、The fasten piece of loudspeaker should be fastened in case cause accident；
4、Protect the main body from wetness in case cause short circuit and burn down the circuit ；
5、Check the running state of electric whistle regularly；
6、Preserve this operation manual properly for the future use.
